Teema: CECC Exhibition within the XVIIIth Congress in Prague-technical details
Dear colleagues,
thank you very much for the materials for the CECC exhibition, we really appreciate your help. We had already received documents from many of you for which we are truly grateful.
We would like to ask you one more favour. Some of the materials are a bit difficult for our graphic designers to process (especially as far as the low resolution of the pictures is concerned). Therefore, we allow ourselves to send you in the attachment a template created from the Czech materials. This is only a sample (the very first draft), however it might help you to visualize/imagine the shape of the panels.
Let us add some more details regarding the photos and texts:
1) We would need a group photo of the Justices of your Court (group picture of the present-day Justices - as recent as possible), if feasible; please in format jpg or tiff, minimum resolution 300 DPI and minimum ratio 1240 x 1754 px;
2) Exterior photograph of the seat of your Court – please again in format jpg or tiff, minimum resolution 300 DPI and minimum ratio 1240 x 1754 px;
3) List of competences of your Court in English; the competences of your esteemed Court are meant to be just an exhaustive (taxative) list as we plan to have one exhibition panel for each Court only, so ideally up to 2000 characters altogether;
4) A brief text with a history of your Court in English - approx. 1 800 characters in Times new roman font and size 12 (i.e. maximum one standard page);
5) A logo (symbol or emblem) representing your Court in vector format and eps/ai/pdf format or in jpg with min. resolution 300 DPI and min. ration 1240 x 1754 px.
We are very sorry for many technical details. We try hard to unify the format and quality of the materials, so they can be used for the exhibition.

If you have already sent us the materials and in the meantime there has been any change within your esteemed Court (i. e. especially in the composition of your Court), please, do resend us the most recent documents/files.
We ask you kindly to provide us with the materials for the CECC exhibition by 18 September 2020.
