Saatja: Irina Khakhutaishvili <[email protected]> Saaja: Irina Khakhutaishvili Teema: New President of the Constitutional Court of Georgia Dear Colleagues, Let me inform you that on June 25th , 2020 the Plenary session of the Constitutional Court of Georgia, according to the Article 10 of the Organic Law of Georgia on the Constitutional Court of Georgia, elected a new President of the Constitutional Court. In compliance with the results of secret ballot Justice Prof. Dr. Merab Turava was elected as President of the Constitutional Court of Georgia, for a five years term.
