Forty out of forty-one member-courts actively participated in the voting. Thirty-eight of them accepted the proposed date and two abstained. We attach to this e-mail a letter of Mr. Pavel Rychetský, President of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic, addressed to the President/Chief Justice of your esteemed institution.
