Dear President,
As in 2019, an Exchange Programme is organised this year by the Secretariat of the Network which can finance up to seventeen exchanges (transportation and subsistence allowances for one or two weeks).
After having enquired about possible candidacies for this programme, the Secretariat received an application mentioning your Court for the venue of the exchange. The applicant is

Please find attached the curriculum vitae and letter of motivation of the applicant.
We would be grateful to you if you could indicate your capacity and willingness to host these candidates and, in the affirmative, to give your preference as to the period during which the exchanges could take place.
For budget purposes, we would appreciate that any exchange takes place in 2020.
Any exchange organised by your Court could only be carried out if the health situation allows it.
