We sincerely hope our e-mail finds you well. We are addressing you once again with regard to the correspondence voting of the Circle of Presidents of CECC which was held between 24 March and 15 April 2020. By mistake we omitted to include the voting protocol of the Swiss Federal Supreme Court which was delivered to us in due time on 1 April 2020. We are truly very sorry for this oversight and we would like to extend our most sincere apologies to the Swiss Federal Supreme Court. We have already adjusted the Record of the Voting and we attach the corrected document to this e-mail. We would like to ask you kindly to take note of this adjustment and to forward this information to the President/Chief Justice of your esteemed Court. The results of the voting have not been affected. It has been fairly difficult time for all of us. In the past seven weeks we were not able to work under normal operation and that, of course, complicated our coordination and our job in general. The more so we appreciate your kind cooperation. In any case we are very glad we were able to complete the correspondence voting and to reschedule the XVIIIth Congress of CECC. We are very happy to continue with the preparation of the event and we are truly looking forward to meet you in Prague in February 2021.
