Dear members of the Disability Platform,
I am happy to let you know that the EDC / EPC Directives have been published today in the Official Journal.
This means that in 20 days they will come into force and our clock will start running.
From the day of entry into force:
12 months for the delegated act
--- implementing act
30 months for the Directives’ transposition
42 months for the Directives’ implementation
