We are currently in the drafting phase and we wish to make our draft law public in the national system (eelnõude infosüsteem, found here: https://eelnoud.valitsus.ee/) for public consultation before the end of this year. Currently, the draft text is in the internal process of our ministry. After public consultations we shall review the comments we received and we shall take next steps in order to send the draft law to our parliament via Government of the Republic.
