Thank you for your message.
Please note that the Ministry of Finance does not prepare tender documentation for public procurements conducted by state-owned companies. To the best of our knowledge, the procurement procedure concerning smart meters is still in the preparation phase.
In light of the above, we do not currently see a clear need or specific purpose for such a meeting.
Nevertheless, should you still consider a discussion necessary, we would be happy to arrange a short meeting to hear your views and concerns. We are available on the following dates:
* 2 July at 11:00 a.m.
* 6 July at 3:00 p.m.

On behalf of the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in the Republic of Estonia, we would like to kindly request a meeting between H.E. Mr. Eugen Caras, Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to Estonia, and the responsible representative for public procurements at the Ministry of Finance.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the upcoming Elektrilevi procurement for the replacement of approximately 700,000 smart meters and the participation of ADD GRUP, a Moldovan producer of smart metering solutions, in the tender process.
