Enclosed are the Study recommendation letter and the Research Questionnaire. All the data contained in Your answers (in the returned Research Questionnaire) will be used to prepare an expert opinion, whose authors are Katarzyna Agnieszka Obłąkowska, PhD (sociologist, cultural heritage and public policy expert) and Artur Bartoszewicz, PhD, from the Warsaw School of Economics (economist, expert in economic and financial instruments).
The aim of the currently developing study is the creation, by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland, of effective and efficient financial instruments (credits/loans) aimed at supporting investments of individuals and enterprises in the field of conservation, restoration or construction works on immovable monuments under legal protection.
