The invitation from Mr Andrew Tan, Chief Executive of MPA, programme brochure and registration form are enclosed. The original invitation will be sent by post shortly. 2 The MPLP is specially developed for senior officials, who are at least Director-level or equivalent, from maritime administrations around the world. This non-examinable executive programme will cover a wide spectrum of topics, ranging from port planning and management, shipping economics and finance, maritime law and security to public leadership and governance. 3 We will be pleased to consider the applicant for the MPA Academy Fellowship Award. The award will cover programme fee and accommodation in Singapore, as well as provide a training allowance over the course of the programme. 4 To maximise interaction and learning between participants and with lecturers, the desired class size is between 18 and 21 participants. Please also note that only applicants with relevant job functions and experience will be considered. We encourage applications to be sent in by 21 August 2017.
