IHO File No. S 1 / 6200 / C-1 COUNCIL CIRCULAR LETTER 0 5 / 20 1 7 1 4 Ju ly 20 1 7 CALL FOR PARTICIPANT registration FOR the 1 st MEETING OF THE IHO COUNCIL Monaco, 1 7 -1 9 October 20 1 7 References : Rules of Procedure of the IHO Council - Rule 6 Council Circular Letter 03/2017 dated 09 June – Announcement of the f irst m eeting of the IHO Council and p rovisional a genda Dear Hydrographer, In accordance with Reference A , the IHO Secretariat invites Member States to provide the names of their representatives to the 1 st Meeting of the IHO Council (C-1) which will be held in Monaco from Tuesday 17 to Thursday 19 October 2017. It is important for the IHO Secretariat to know the names and the number of representatives who will attend C-1 to facilitate logistics for the meeting. Members States are therefore requested to register their participation in C-1 via the registration facility on the IHO website at: www.iho.int > Home > IHO Council > Registration , as soon as possible . As indicated in Reference B , t he meeting venue, being the Conference R oom at the IHO Headquarters in Monaco , cannot accommodate more than 8 0 delegates . Members of the Council are therefore invited to consider sending no more than two representatives per delegation, while other participants are invited to limit their delegation to one person . These limitations do not include the Chairs of subsidiary organs requested to report to the Council who are invited to register with the delegation of the Member State that they represent in the subsidiary organ.
