I am a PhD researcher at RCSI University of Medicine and Health Sciences.
I am conducting a policy, planning, and guidance document analysis on
national health-system preparedness for extreme weather events across EU
member states.
I was advised to contact the Ministry of Social Affairs regarding
Estonia’s health-system preparedness and continuity documents.
Could you please direct me to any current national policy, planning,
guidance, or operational documents relevant to health-system preparedness,
response, continuity, or recovery during hazards such as floods, storms,
heatwaves, or extreme cold?
The documents can be sent to me by email. Documents in Estonian or English
are both suitable.
