6. Description of content: NBTC TS 1021 - 2562, which supersedes NTC TS 1021 - 2551,
specifies minimum technical requirements for used in marine mobile service.
Amendments are made by adding electrical safety requirements TISI 1561 – 2556 and
IEC62368 – 1 while radio frequency requirements mainly remain the same with some
minor updates from previous version of this standard (NTC TS 1021 – 2551).

Vastavalt VV määruse nr. 140 „Kavandatavast tehnilisest normist, infoühiskonna teenusele kehtestatavast nõudest ja
teenuse osutamise nõudest teavitamise kord ning teavitamist koordineeriva asutuse määramine“ §-le 9 teavitab
määruses nimetatud teabekeskusena tegutsev Eesti Standardikeskus vähemalt 2 korda kuus asjaomaseid ministeeriume
Maailma Kaubandusorganisatsiooni (WTO) osapooltelt tehnilisi norme ja sanitaar- ja fütosanitaarmeetmeid sisaldavate
õigusaktide kohta saabunud teatistest.
Käesolevaga teavitame, et detsembrikuu jooksul on lisaks eelmises e-kirjas (saadetud 12.12) viidatutele avaldatud
veel 64 uut TBT (tehnilised kaubandustõkked) teatist, millega on võimalik tutvuda:

Ja 71 uut SPS (sanitaar- ja fütosanitaarmeetmed) teatist, millega on võimalik tutvuda:
SPS Teatised - Eesti Standardikeskus
Eesti Standardikeskuses asuv Teabekeskus:
avaldab info uute teatiste kohta 3 päeva jooksul pärast teatise saamist WTO osapoolelt;
säilitab uued teatised oma kodulehel 60 päeva,
huvi korral hangib teatises viidatud eelnõu tervikteksti;
võtab vastu asjast huvitatud osapooltelt kommentaare teatises esitatud eelnõude kohta 40 päeva jooksul teatise
avaldamise kuupäevast.
