According to clause 4 of the ETSI Sales Agreement, a royalty declaration should be submitted to ETSI every year. For your information the amount of the royalties is calculated as outlined in Annex 2 based on the ETSI recommended retail or subscription price. May we remind you that if the total royalties exceed 1 000 € in a calendar year, payment shall be made to ETSI within 60 days of the end of the calendar year. No royalty is due for the distribution of a translated version of a publication when the translation is made by the NSO itself. It would be appreciated if you could submit your declaration at your earliest convenience by post or by e-mail. If this has already been done, please ignore this request. A template for filling in your declaration is attached to this e-mail.
