We truly hope that despite the challenges that surround us today you are well and fine. On 15 April the correspondence voting of the Circle of Presidents was concluded. It is our pleasure to inform you that 35 out of 41 member courts actively participated in the procedure (in other words 85 per cent of the CECC members cast their votes). All five proposals were approved, all of them without relying on abstentions. We would like to thank you most sincerely for your kind cooperation. We are well aware of all the complications we face nowadays. The more so we are grateful for your readiness and flexibility. Please, find attached the letter (in four official languages) of Mr. Pavel Rychetský, President of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic, addressed to the President/Chief Justice of your esteemed court. We also attach to this e-mail the Record of the Voting and two letters of Mr. Dainius Žalimas, President of the Constitutional Court of Lithuania and Mr. Zaza Tavadze, President of the Constitutional Court of Georgia. We would like to ask you kindly to forward all these documents to your President/Chief Justice.
