Saatja: DURR Schnutz <[email protected]> Saaja: Venice Teema: WCCJ _ World Conference on Constitutional Justice - 5th Congress / Conférence mondiale sur la justice constitutionnelle - 5e Congrès [français ci-dessous] Dear Member of the World Conference on Constitutional Justice, Due to the coronavirus crisis, the Bureau of the World Conference replaced its meeting in Venice with a written procedure carried out by E-mail. Besides the examination of the financial report, the main subject of this procedure was the organisation of the 5th Congress of the World Conference, foreseen to take place in Algiers in 2021. The Constitutional Council of Algeria informed the Bureau that it cannot host the 5th Congress. In view of the current crisis, the Bureau has not yet decided on a time nor a venue for the 5th Congress, but will resume this discussion at a later stage. Wishing us all to stay in good health, Schnutz Dürr *** Cher(e) membre du Bureau de la Conférence mondiale sur la justice constitutionnelle, En raison de la crise du coronavirus, le Bureau de la Conférence mondiale a remplacé sa réunion à Venise par une procédure écrite, effectuée par courrier électronique. Outre l'examen du rapport financier, le principal sujet de cette procédure a été l'organisation du 5e Congrès de la Conférence mondiale, prévu à Alger en 2021. Le Conseil constitutionnel d'Algérie a informé le Bureau qu'il ne pouvait pas accueillir le 5e Congrès. Compte tenu de la crise actuelle, le Bureau n'a pas encore décidé du lieu ni des dates du 5e Congrès, mais il reprendra cette discussion ultérieurement. Je vous souhaite à tous une bonne santé!
