With a view to streamlining the preparation of the documents for the Colloquium, it would be very helpful if the answers to the enclosed questionnaire could be returned to the Secretariat ([email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> ) by the end of July 2020. Chief Justice Frank Clarke and President Péter Darák have already kindly volunteer to prepare an Introductory Report. As the questionnaire has three parts, we would very much like to know if you would be interested to prepare one of the Introductory Report. Practical information concerning the Colloquium will be communicated later. En vue de rationaliser la préparation des documents pour ce colloque, nous vous serions très obligés de bien vouloir adresser les réponses au questionnaire, qui est joint à la présente communication, au secrétariat ([email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> ) pour la fin juillet 2020. M. le juge en chef Frank Clarke et M. le président Péter Darák se sont déjà portés volontaires pour préparer un rapport introductif. Le questionnaire comportant trois parties, nous souhaiterions savoir si vous seriez intéressé par la préparation d'un rapport introductif. Les renseignements pratiques concernant le colloque seront communiqués ultérieurement. On this occasion, the Network will also hold its General Assembly. The theme on "Artificial Intelligence and Open Data" retained for the Colloquium has been the subject of a questionnaire already addressed to the Members and Observers, a copy of which is herewith attached for your convenience. To enable the Colloquium to be organised as efficiently and as seamlessly as possible, you are kindly invited to submit to the Secretariat ([email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> ) your replies to the questionnaire by the end of November 2020. Mrs. Elisabeth Lovrek, President of the Supreme Court of Austria, Mr. Frank Clarke, Chief Justice of Ireland, and Mr. Damijan Florjančič, President of the Supreme Court of Slovenia, have accepted to establish Introductory Reports. Finally, we respectfully remind you that the Board also decided to submit the theme of "Ensuring the Rule of Law" for free discussion during the colloquium. À cette occasion, le Réseau tiendra également son Assemblée générale. Le thème "Intelligence artificielle et Open data" retenu pour le Colloque a fait l'objet d'un questionnaire qui a déjà été adressé aux membres et observateurs et que nous joignons à nouveau à ce message pour votre convenance. Afin de permettre une organisation du colloque aussi efficace et fluide que possible, vos réponses au questionnaire devraient être transmisses au Secrétariat ([email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> ) avant la fin du mois de novembre 2020. Mme Elisabeth Lovrek, présidente de la Cour suprême d'Autriche, M. Frank Clarke, juge en chef d'Irlande, et M. Damijan Florjančič, président de la Cour suprême de Slovénie, ont accepté d'établir des rapports introductifs. Enfin, nous vous rappelons que le Conseil a également décidé de soumettre le thème "Le respect de l'État de droit" à une libre discussion lors du colloque.
