Dear Mr President,
as I was on the 20th February appointed as a judge of the Constitutional Court
of the Czech Republic, I do no longer perform the duties of the President of the Supreme
Court of the Czech Republic.
I would like to warmly thank you for your kind cooperation. lt was an immense
honour to work together with you within the framework of the Network of the Presidents
ofthe Supreme Courts of the European Union. I also deeply appreciate the enriching
debates and inspiring attitude as well as the friendly encounters among the members
of the Network.
I sincerely hope that our cooperation will continue in the future and we will have
the chance to meet on international or domestic forums.
