our Observatory:

implementation of Generative AI within public administrations and presents
an overview of its use. All these documents are freely accessible and
feature an interactive online dashboard.
We kindly request your contribution to enhancing this dataset.
Specifically, we would greatly appreciate if you could provide information
on the following:
* Has your institution adopted, published, or is it currently
developing guidelines, strategies, internal regulations, or rules of
procedure for the adoption and use of Generative AI?
* If possible, could you share these documents with us? Your
contribution will be included in the dashboard to further enrich the
collection.
Additionally, if you know of any colleagues or departments within your
administration that might possess relevant information, we would be
grateful if you could share this request with them and contact us
