We appreciate your proactive engagement with the requirements set out in the DGA. At present, we would like to inform you that the competent authority to receive notifications under the Article 11 has not yet been designated, as there is no national implementing legislation. Consequently, it is not currently possible to provide definitive answers to your specific questions regarding the notification procedure. The Ministry of Justice and Digital Affairs is responsible for preparing the national legislative framework to implement the DGA. For further information or inquiries related to the legislative progress or the future designation of the competent authority, we recommend that you contact the Ministry directly. Should you have any additional questions within the remit of the EDPI, we remain at your disposal.
