RE: Final Balticconnector Pipeline Routing Drawings
GENERAL
The following memorandum presents discussion and comments related to the final designed
alignment of the Balticconnector pipeline project. The detailed design phase of Balticconnector is
planned to reach its closure stage at the end of June 2017. Invitation to Tender (ITT) packages
shall be released to pre-qualified bidders after final document preparation. In order to secure final
permits for the work from the Finnish Traffic Administration and the Estonian Maritime
Administration, Baltic Connector Oy have prepared final routing alignments for use by the
respective permitting authorities. These documents are attached to this covering letter.
DATA FORMAT
The routing alignments have been prepared in both PDF and GIS format for use by the permitting
authorities. The alignments have been prepared in the EUREF-FIN TM35 –coordinate system. In
the event that either the Finnish Traffic Administration or Estonian Maritime Agency shall require
these data in a different format, these shall be prepared upon request.
QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS
Questions and comments regarding the scope of work may be directed to Baltic Connector Oy for
resolution and additional explanation.
