After the examination of protentional interference with regard to the frequency assignments indicated in your request , the Estonian administration unfortunately cannot agree with the frequency assignments with technical conditions specified in your request due to risk of protentional interference, which could be caused from our recorded assignments to terrestrial fixed stations in the frequency band in question. We are also planning to take in use stations in fixed service in the band 3600-3800 MHz in the future. Taking into consideration the principle specified in the Radio Regulations that that countries may have equitable access to the frequencies, we see that it is necessary to work out technical conditions, which will make possible operation of both terrestrial and fixed satellite service stations. We propose to consider those conditions by correspondence or draft a coordination agreement for the use of the frequency band 3600-3800 MHz. Yours sincerely , Erko Kulu Head of the Frequency Management Division delta_ownerEmail \* MERGEFORMAT
