Greetings from Government of India,
As you are aware, India is hosting the International Telecommunication Union's (ITU) World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly (WTSA 2024) from 15-24 October, 2024 preceded by the Global Standards Symposium (GSS) on 14 October, 2024 at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
2. In this regard, ITU has already sent invitation to all the member states. Subsequently, Excellency, you were invited vide the letter dated 19th July, 2024 from Hon’ble Minister of Communications and Development of North East Region, Government of India to grace the WTSA and IMC 2024 with your esteemed presence (copy of the letter attached).
3. In continuation of the earlier invitation dated 19th July, 2024, Hon’ble Minister of Communications and Development of North East Region, Government of India has personally invited you to a day long immersion trip to Gwalior on October 13, 2024 (Sunday) showcasing India’s rich cultural heritage (copy of the letter attached).
