Please, find attached the letter of Mr. Pavel Rychetský, the President of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic, the preliminary programme of the Congress and the registration form. In order for us to properly prepare the whole event, please fill in a separate registration form for each person who will participate in the Congress as part of your delegation. Please send the completed form(s) to this email address (

The venue of the XVIIIth Congress will be the Municipal House in Prague (http://www.obecnidum.cz/en/). The meetings of the Circle of Presidents will take place in the nearby hotel Marriott (https://www.marriott.com) which will also accommodate the participants of the Congress. Details on the accommodation are provided in the registration form. Hereby we also submit the special link for on-line reservation of rooms in the Marriott hotel: https://www.marriott.com/event-reservations/reservation-link.mi?id=1578391913567&key=GRP&app=resvlink.
The prices of accommodation in the hotel Marriott are specifically agreed between the Hotel and the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic for this occasion and are valid for 25 – 30 May 2020. Breakfast and 15% VAT tax is included in our Czech crown to euro calculation of the price of accommodation. The amount was agreed in Czech crowns and therefore may change slightly depending on the Czech crown's exchange rate to euro. Please, be so kind and reserve the rooms for your delegations as soon as possible, by 20th April 2020 at the latest. We will no longer be able to guarantee the set prices after this date. You will need a credit card number as a guarantee for your electronic reservation. The payment for the accommodation will however take place during check-out upon your departure.
Should you have any problems when booking your rooms, please contact the Marriott Event Manager (Director of Event Management) – Mr. Michal Mařík –
