Let me briefly introduce myself. I am the Project Coordinator of the New Democracy Funds Cultural Track in Moldova, a Program that is supported by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I am working with a local partner to support their sustainability and capacity building. One of the activities we are working on, is the creation of a Working Group with the Moldovan Ministry of Culture to increase the inclusion of the Cultura Actors in ministerial procedures. The Working group already had one meeting which is already a big step, and we hope it can be an inspiration for other working groups in the future. But it is clear, that there is a need for international inspiration and experience for the group to understand better how to support the independent sector and work with them in a transparent matter. I was advised by Simon Drewsen Holmberg to contact you to ask, if the ministry has time for a meeting with us either the 15th, 16th, 18th or 19th of November? We are travelling with the Ministry of Culture, The Parliamentary Commission on Culture, Media, Health and Education and our local partners, The Coalition of the independent Cultural Sector of Moldova. Both the ministry and the Coalition have been looking towards the Estonian and Latvian model, so we are spending 3 days in Tallin and 2 days in Riga.
