Estonian Technical Regulatory Authority has received a complaint from the Elisa Estonia about the radio
interference at 1873 MHz near the Estonian Russian border in Narva. Then we inspected the situation at
the border and found that the Russian service provider MNC 99 uses the Estonian preferential GSM
channel 851 (1873.0 MHz). I add all details of detected GSM coordination infringements to the
attachment. You are kindly requested to inform service providers to resolve the infringements.
