Dear Ms Karpińska,
You have a question regarding Article 5(4) of the directive of adequate miinimum wages. Estonia has a minimum wage agreed by social partners by collective agreement. Therefore, the article 5(4) does not apply and we don’t need to use indicative reference values.

With reference to the implementation of a directive of adequate minimum wages - Member States shall use indicative reference values to guide their assessment of adequacy of statutory minimum wages in accordance with Article 5 (4).
Did you choose already indicative references values and if yes, what are they?
