I am respectfully asking you to provide information on the following.
If a Certificate of criminal records issued from a foreign country is in English and the
information stated in this Certificate can be verified publicly and free of charge, is there still
an obligation to apostille this Certificate?
The Certificate of criminal records is requested for board members of a company which is a
virtual currency service provider.
