I'm Mario Barban of First digital Trade Ltd, we plane to open in estonia our european HQ for
operate under the bank as a service provider Payrnet ( railsbank ) and EMI issued in
Lithuania.
Our question is :
1- is possible ?
2 - is required to apply for an financial authorization ?
3- the licence is valid for operate from estonia by your law ?
( on https://www.eesti.ee/en/licences-and-notices-of-economic-activity/financial-
activities/activity- licence- for-the-provision-of- financial-services is write that is not valid, but
on BCE and the PDS2 directive say the opposite )
