Permission by Estonian Civil Aviation Administration for Dangerous Goods CAO
In accordance with Estonian Aviation Act §54 and ICAO-TI, Doc 9284 AN/905, latest edition,
part 1, Chapter 1, section 1.1.3 and Supplement to Doc 9284 AN/905, latest edition, part S-1,
Chapter 1, section 1.2.1, b because other forms of transport are inappropriate, the Estonian Civil
Aviation Administration hereby grants exemption to the ANTONOV COMPANY AOC UK 018

The permission and exemption is given on conditions, that
1. Exemption is granted by all states concerned (i.e. state of origin, states of overflight,
transit and state of destination of the consignments).
2. The ICAO –TI will be adhered to as a whole including, but not limited to, the dangerous
goods documentation.
This approval must follow the shipment and is valid for CAO reg. UR82072 or alt:
UR82007/UR82008/UR82009/UR82027/UR82029/ /UR82073. The approval expires on 31st of
December 2019.
This permission shall be revoked in case of identification of any circumstances that would
exclude validity of the approval based on regulations established by ICAO, European Union or
the Republic of Estonia.
