Dear Madam or Sir, On behalf of the National Health Fund which besides being Polish liaison body and NCP is also Polish healthcare cost provider I would like to ask for your help in obtaining information on the following issue. For the last period of time we have been evaluating the possibility and feasibility of new approach to cost-containment measures in payments from the National Health Fund to the hospitals for provided health services. In particular we have been considering a gradual diminishing tariff reductions in case of the hospitals which exceeds the set global budget. Do you have similar solutions implemented in your country. If so, could you describe it or/and refer us to the publication concerning the way it was implemented in your country. I would be extremely grateful if you could provide me with the information by the end of January 2024.
