The accommodation for all the participants has already been booked and you will be informed about the name of the hotel you are staying in due course. We would like to especially thank all the participants, who expressed their interest to moderate any of the sessions or speak as the first responder. Unfortunately, due to a limited number of moderator and first responder positions, we could not enable all the participants to have their desired position in the programme. However, all of you are very welcome to express your standpoints in the following discussion sessions. We would also like to kindly ask all the first responders and possibly even moderators (if they are planning to prepare a speech or have any materials they will use) to send us their speeches and/or any materials they will use for their presentation not later than on 17 May 2019 (Friday) for the purposes of smooth interpretation. Attached please find also the material (titled “Overview of Judicial Ethics & Professional Responsibility”) provided by Judge Wallace to be distributed with respect to the fifth session “Effective Disciplinary Mechanisms”.
