Training will be conducted in English language at PZL Mielec Facilities. 2. Price does not cover logistics factors as follows: EAF personnel travel to Poland and back to Estonia, in country transportation within the period of service performance, accommodation. 3. Prices are valid only for requested number of pilots. In the event quantities of pilots may change, prices are subject to change. 4. PZL Mielec reserves the right to modify the scope of training. 5. PZL EASA ATO (Approved Training Organization) will issue civilian certificates only to pilots which meet civilian prerequisites. Military training program for pilots is equal to the approved TR PZL M28 syllabus. In case pilots do not meet civilian prerequisites, the certificates to be issues by PZL Mielec Aviation Training Center. If required, proficiency check flights can be confirmed in the particular pilot's log book by the instructor pilot. 7. PZL Mielec reserves the right to release from liability for partial or full failure to perform PZL Mielec obligations under this ROM ( including: conducting trainings on specific dates – Q4 2021), if it is prevented or delayed in performing those obligations by an event of force majeure – events that could not be predicted at the time of acceptance of this ROM; in particular: epidemic, pandemic Covid-19 and related to it: border closure, restrictions on international travel, European, national or local restrictions. In the event of force majeure, the deadline for fulfillment of obligations is changed after agreement between the Parties. The Parties will notify each other within 3 days written notice or email notice about the occurrence of force majeure.
