This is to certify that the Estonian Transport Administration exempts m/v SILJA EUROPA (IMO
8919805) from the following requirements under the authority conferred by regulation SOLAS
Chapter III / Reg. 2:
1. SOLAS Chapter III Reg. 19.3.4.5 and 19.3.4.6 for starboard side lifeboats and rescue boats.
2. LSA Code Chapter IV 4.4.8.9
and
waives the requirements of:
LSA Code Chapter IV 4.4.8.12 and 4.4.8.26 based on Chapter IV 4.4.8.32
until the ship is alongside in the current berth in Port of Rotterdam, The Netherlands, engaged as
accommodation vessel.
Validity of the document is 04.03.2027, subject to the Passenger Ship Safety Certificate, to which
this certificate is attached, remains valid.
