Teema: RTK korraldatav ühishange „Kantseleitarvete ostmine“ perioodiks 2024-2026

Riigi Tugiteenuste Keskus korraldab kantseleitarvete ostmiseks keskse
ühishanke viitenumbriga 276810 „Kantseleitarvete ostmine“. Hange on
planeeritud välja kuulutada eeldatavalt aprillis 2024. Sõlmitava
raamlepingu kestuseks on 24 kuud.
Kutsume keskses ühishankes osalema asutusi, kellel aastane
kantseleitarvete maksumus ületab 5000 eurot (ilma km-ta).
Kõikidel hankes osaleda soovivatel asutustel palume täita kirjale lisatud
vorm „Kantseleitarvete kogused ja tarneaadressid“, kuhu palume märkida
eeldatavad 12 kuu kantseleitarvete kogused ning tarneaadressid.
Lisaks on kirja manuses vajadusel kasutamiseks volikirja vorm asutustele,
kellel puudub RTK-ga riigihangete tugiteenuse osutamise kokkulepe, kuid
kes soovivad kantseleitarvete ostmise ühishankes siiski osaleda. Volikiri
tuleb digiallkirjastada.
Kui teie asutus ei soovi osaleda, palume ka sellest kindlasti teada anda,
vastates käesolevale kirjale.
Osalemise soovist palun anda teada hiljemalt 22.03.2024 (e-posti aadressil

[email protected]> ), lisades kirjale
täidetud vorm kantseleitarvete koguste ja tarneaadresside kohta ning
vajadusel volikiri. Kui teil ei ole võimalik antud kuupäevaks infot
edastada, palun andke teada, millal saate esitada.
Ühtlasi informeerime, et Riigi Tugiteenuste Keskus viib kantseleitarvete
ostmiseks asutuste keskselt ühishanke läbi viimast korda. Ülejärgmisel
perioodil kantseleitarvete ostmiseks keskset ühishanget enam ei
korraldata.
