Ours 19.10.2023 no 11.1-8/23/3380-1 Letter of endorsement from National Managing Authority Annex 5 to the Call conditions The State Shared Services Centre endorses National Foundation of Civil Society in cooperation with Tallinn University, Tartu University, Estonian Social Enterprises Network, the Development Centre of Võru County, Good Deed Foundation, Social Innovation Lab to participate in a transnational consortium applying for a grant under the European Call ‘National Competence Centres for Social Innovation: Building-up and Consolidating the Capacity (ESF-SI-2023-NCC- 01)’. If selected under this Call, National Foundation of Civil Society as applicant in cooperation with Tallinn University, Tartu University, Estonian Social Enterprises Network, the Development Centre of Võru County, Good Deed Foundation, Social Innovation Lab as co-applicants can act as a national competence centre for social innovation in Estonia. It is well placed to support social innovation stakeholders – including authorities providing funding under the ESF+, through information, advice networking and mutual learning at national and transnational level. The members of the national partnership and their roles will be specified in a National Social Innovation Partnership Agreement.
