According to Clause 2.6.3 of the Summary record of the meeting between the Telecommunication Administration of the Russian Federation and the Telecommunication Administration of the Republic of Estonia on coordination of Frequency Assignments to stations in Terrestrial Services the Russian Party agreed to prepare a draft agreement on the use of the 33-47 MHz frequency band in the border areas and send it to the Estonian Party by 1 November 2017. Unfortunately we have not received your reply to date. In view of the above-mentioned we can’t send you our decision of this coordination since we have stations in operation in the band in question and we haven’t seen the draft agreement and so it will be complicated to decide how to rearrange the usage if we have no information concerning preferential channels of both Parties. Would you be so kind to send us a draft coordination agreement for this band, after that we will make a decision concerning the above-mentioned coordination request ?
