Madam Minister,
We have the honor of addressing this letter to respectfully invite you to take part in the 14th edition of
the Assises de la Transformation Digitale en Afrique (ATDA), to be held on November 13–14,
2025, at the Bouregreg Congress Palace in Rabat, under the theme:
“Artificial Intelligence for e-Government: Catalyzing Innovation”
Held under the high patronage of the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform of
the Kingdom of Morocco, this edition will bring together key stakeholders in Africa’s digital
ecosystem: government authorities, business leaders, experts, researchers, and technical and financial
partners. It will serve as a strategic platform for reflection and dialogue on the major challenges of
digital transformation across the continent.
The Republic of Estonia, globally recognized as a champion digital nation, embodies a bold and
innovative vision of digital governance. As such, we would be particularly honored to welcome you as
Minister of Justice and Digital Affairs, representing the guest country of honor at this year’s
edition.
Your country has undertaken remarkable strategic initiatives based on artificial intelligence, which align
closely with the growth ambitions of African nations. This gathering will provide an opportunity to
discuss these initiatives and identify best practices to be shared.
A highlight of this edition will be the meeting of Ministers responsible for Digital Affairs from
several African countries, alongside government agencies in charge of digital transformation.
In the spirit of pan-African cooperation, ATDA 2025 also aims to strengthen exchanges and
experience-sharing among African countries, fostering closer and more effective collaboration in the
field of artificial intelligence applied to public governance.
We would be deeply honored by your distinguished presence at this event, which seeks to consolidate
regional synergies and promote a shared vision of digital technology in support of sustainable
