Lapusneanu, 28 MD_2004, Chi;inäu MOLDOVA Tarfil 19 March 2019 Dear President Poalelungi, I would like to sincerely thank you for your good wishes and I hope that we shall soon have the opportunity to meet in person. My predecessor, Mr. Priit Pikamäe, informed me of your agreement whereby the Supreme Court of Estonia has promised to receive legal assistants of the Constitutional Court of Moldova for a study visit. I would like to confirm that this offer still stands and we would gladly receive your colleagues in the course of year 2019. However, due to the fact that the building of the Supreme Court of Estonia is undergoing renovation and the Supreme Court is located in a temporary facility we are not currently ablõ to host more than two legal assistants at a time - the present site of the Supreme Court is not as spacious as the building we used to have. The study-visit could last for 21 days and from the perspective of the Supreme Court of Estonia, the months of September and October are the preferred time for receiving the legal assistants of the Constitutional Court of Moldova.
