This is a particularly important event for our Court as it marks and celebrates the end of its first decade of constifuüonal interpretation, development of case law and contribution to the strengthening ofthe Kosovo's first decade as an independent state. The roth anniversary of our Court will be celebrated with a Solemn Ceremony and an Internaüonal Conference on the topic: "Ensuring Rule of Law & Humqn Rights through Constitutional Justice M echanisms : 2 lst Century Challeng es". As the President of the Constitutional Court the Republic of Kosovo, it is my pleasure to cordially inüte You to honor us with your attendance at the Solemn Ceremony and at the Internaüonal Conference. We would be honored if you would also agree to address and present a report on the above menüoned iopic at the Conferente. The time allott"ed for the presentaüän is up to rj minutes.
