I'm a Management board member of the Estonian company BlueBeam Technologies OÜ, Reg. code 14136803.
We have received a strict deadline from the Tartu County Court Registry Department to publish our annual reports
until the end of this month.
Unfortunately we still don't have valid ID-cards for managing the company since they have expired and we haven't
been able to renew them.
In light of the approaching deadline at the end of this month, we are sending you an urgent request for granting
access to our accountants to the business register so they can perform the required actions.
The letter is digitally signed with Qualified Electronic Signature from another EU member state (equivalent of
handwritten signature) and valid across all EU member states according to EU Regulation 910/2014 (eIDAS).
