Saatja: [email protected] <[email protected]> Saaja: [email protected] Teema: New judges of the Constitutional Court of Moldova Dear colleagues, I would like hereby to inform you that following the resignation from office of Mr Igor Dolea and Mr Victor Popa as judges of the Constitutional Court of Moldova, Mr. Corneliu Gurin and Mr. Artur Resetnicov were appointed as the new constitutional judges. Moreover, on 14th December 2018, was appointed as a new constitutional judge Mrs Raisa Apolschii. On the day of 14th December 2018 all three new appointed judges took the oath. Thus, we have the pleasure to present you the new composition of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova: 1. Mr Mihai POALELUNGI, President; 2.
