Every year, ACA-Europe organises an exchange of judges from the supreme administrative
jurisdictions, allowing magistrates of the supreme administrative jurisdictions to benefit from the
experience of other magistrates in the implementation of EU law and thus reinforcing mutual
trust.
It goes without saying that this activity represents both an important and a substantial part of our
programme
For 2019 and in accordance with the specific agreement concluded between our Association and
the European Commission, ACA-Europe will set up an exchange programme for L8 magistrates.
These exchanges take the form of working visits, each lasting 12 days.
Could you please let me know by 20 January 2019 at the latest:
- how many judges are you prepared to host in your institution?
- in which language are you able to welcome: national language(s), official language(s) of ACA-
Europe (i.e. English/French) and/or other(s)?
