Teema: Ed: Notification regarding Estonian State Fees 2026 - LEZI INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED
Dear Sir or Madam,
As of July 15, 2026, LEZI INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED has submitted 55 active e-cigarette products to the Estonian market via the EU-CEG portal. The state fee of 100 euros per product ID for publication and storage has not been paid for any product for the year 2026.
1. Please be advised that the Health Board publishes on its website only those active notifications for which the state fee for publication and storage has been paid. If the submitter on the EU-CEG portal does not pay the state fee for the publication and storage of the notification, this means that the products in question are not being imported into the Estonian market and there is no need to publish the notification on the Health Board’s website.
If you decide that you would like the Health Board to publish LEZI INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED active products on its website, please pay the state fee for the publication and storage of these products by July 29, 2026, at the latest.
After July 29, 2026, the Health Board will remove from its website all LEZI INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED products for which the state fee for publication and storage for the year 2026 has not been paid.
2. Please check the compliance of the products with the requirements of the Tobacco Act in Estonia on the website https://www.riigiteataja.ee/en/eli/ee/506012026005/consolide/current <https://www.riigiteataja.ee/en/eli/ee/506012026005/consolide/current> .
For example, the nicotine-containing liquid in e-cigarette products must not contain more than 20 mg of nicotine per milliliter, and flavorings other than tobacco and menthol are prohibited.
Please remove Estonia from the EU-CEG portal notifications for those products that do not comply with the requirements applicable in Estonia or that you do not intend to sell in Estonia for other reasons, by marking them with a Withdrawal Date in the EU-CEG portal notifications.
Thank you for your attention and cooperation.

Teema: Notification regarding Estonian State Fees 2026 - LEZI INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED
Dear EU-CEG Portal Submitter,
Your company has submitted tobacco products or e-cigarette products for the Estonian market via the EU-CEG portal. Starting from January 1, 2025, state fees apply to products submitted to the Estonian market. To the best of our knowledge, no state fee has been paid for your products in 2026.
1. Information on state fees applicable in Estonia and details on paying state fees via bank transfer are available on the website
https://www.terviseamet.ee/kemikaali-tooteohutus/tubakatooted#riigiloivud-ja-tasud.
The deadline for paying the annual state fee for publication and storage (100 euros per product ID) was March 31, 2026. The same deadline applies to the submission of 2025 sales volumes via the EU-CEG portal.
If the submitter of the notification does not pay the state fee for the publication and storage of the notification, this indicates that the specific products are no longer being imported into the Estonian market, and the notification may be removed from publication.
Please be informed that the Health Board does not publish on its website any products for which the obligation to pay the state fee has not been fulfilled. If a product has been previously published but the 2026 state fee for publication and storage has not been paid, the product will be removed from publication during the next update of the table after April 23, 2026. Please pay the annual state fee for publication and storage by April 23, 2026, at the latest.
If you need a payment obligation notice to pay the state fee, please email the product IDs to
[email protected] <mailto:
[email protected]> .
2. Please check the compliance of the products with the requirements of the Tobacco Act in Estonia on the website https://www.riigiteataja.ee/en/eli/ee/506012026005/consolide/current.
For example, the nicotine-containing liquid in e-cigarette products must not contain more than 20 mg of nicotine per milliliter, and flavorings other than tobacco and menthol are prohibited. Cigarettes, roll-your-own tobacco and heated tobacco products must not have a taste or smell other than one of tobacco.
Please remove Estonia from the EU-CEG portal notifications for those products that do not comply with the requirements applicable in Estonia or that you do not intend to sell in Estonia for other reasons, by marking them with a Withdrawal Date in the EU-CEG portal notifications.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
