Hilton pöördus meie poole murega, mis puudutab tegelike kasusaajate
nimekirja The Princess Group OÜ-s (reg kood 14069337).
Klient avastas, et ühingus, mille osanik ta kunagi oli, on jäetud
uuendamata tegelike kasusaajate andmed. Nende andmete muutmiseks puudub
kliendil aga ettevõtjaportaalis ligipääs ning samuti ei nähtu osaühingu
registrikaardilt esindusõiguslikke isikuid, kellelt andmete ajakohastamist
nõuda. Eeltoodust tulenevalt valmistasime ette manuses oleva avalduse,
mille esialgu äriregistrile edastasime. Seal saime aga soovituse Teie kui
tegelike kasusaajate andmekogu omaniku poole pöörduda. Kas oskate meid
