Subject: EE RRP: 1st payment request- Observation letter
Dear Ms. Targama,
Thank you for the submission of the first payment request for Estonia under the Recovery and Resilience Facility, combining the first and second installment of the Estonian Recovery and Resilience Plan. The Commission has begun the process of the preliminary assessment of the payment request based on the documents that were submitted on 30 June 2023. In this context, we would like to request supplementary information concerning a number of milestones and targets (please see document attached for details).
Please upload the additional documents as listed in the attachment to the relevant IT tool (FENIX). We would appreciate to receive your answers and additional documentation by 17 July 2023 COB in order for the Commission to complete its preliminary assessment in the allotted time.
As the Commission is committed to proceeding with the preliminary assessment as swiftly as possible, we request this supplementary information at this stage but without prejudice to whether further supplementary information will be necessary throughout the assessment.
