Authorities of Finland and Ukraine have accepted the arrangement. Under EU regulation 1008/2008 article 15, EU air carriers are allowed to do this type of code share cooperation on intra-EU flights and combinations to destinations in countries outside the EU. Could you be kind and advise if there is any specific approval process with your respective offices to proceed with the arrangement?
