you are looking for information regarding setting up an MTÜ in Estonia.
As we understand, your question revolves around the documents required for founding an MTÜ,
specifically the memorandum of association and the articles of association, which both require to
include the objective of the MTÜ. Although these documents are different from one another and have
different purposes, the objective section overlaps, as it can be the same text in both files. In general,
the objective part of the documents should include the description of the problem the MTÜ is trying to
solve, the changes the MTÜ aims to achieve and the overall outcome. The outcome does not have to
