Dear Kuido,
hope you will be able to help us, with the support of Eero.
We do have a request by Mr Lohmann to have some Masters on board with
pilot exemption for the Port of Parnu.
Asking Euronurk we got the answer that there are only 3 Estonian Capt�s,
holding such
exemption
and that they do need 10 calls of Parnu together with a pilot within one
year, to receive it
(besides other pre-conditions???).
Knowing that Eero is working with the Estonian administration he perhaps
could bring a bit
more light to this subject � Mr Lohmann is somehow not accepting the
explanations of
Euronurk.
It would be highly appreciated if you could check with Eero whether he
would be able and
willing
to assist here � either via you or via direct contacting him from our
side.
Any addtl. hind would be welcome!
