Subject reply to your frequency coordination request
Dear Sir / Madam,
Thank you for your enquiry.
The frequency band 5725 - 5785 MHz is allocated in Finland for broadband fixed
wireless access systems (BFWA) according to ECC recommendation
ECC/REC/(06)04) and for non-specific short range devices according to
European Commission's decision 2006/771/EC (technical Annex 2013/752/EU).
These applications are exempted from licensing.
In addition, there is also radio amateur use in that frequency band.
Ficora thinks that the frequency assignment as described in your request cannot
be coordinated in the traditional sense.
We don't object your intended use, however, protection from interference is not
quaranteed.
Also, in case of harmful interference that prevents the effective use of this band
by the license exempt applications in Finland, measures should be taken to
remove the interference.
